There is no god. Only a teenage boy and his vaunted pile of Heavy unusuals.
Since the rule of thumb seems to be that any unusual hat can be worth at least 12 keys so long as it is not gifted, I will update this price accordingly.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/8598965 - The seller wants 17 keys. However, I doubt he's going to sell it anytime soon with that price, as the most anyone wants to buy it for is 14-ish.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9964709 - Wanted 13-14 (?) keys within the listing, valued as a B.M.O.C. + 1 key. However, he has accepted an offer on the hat for a Team Spirit Bill's (9 keys), 3 keys, and 8.44 refined (all added up, equals about 14 keys). No trade has taken place, though I expect that one will happen very soon.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9962317 - Painted Australium Gold (if you care about paint, subtract half a key). Best offer is 15 keys, and he also has a C/O that's the same as the accepted offer from the last trade.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9956740 - Wants 14 keys. No offers better than 13 keys, with the exception of the Team Spirit Bill's guy from the last two trades (apparently, he was trying to get that hat for a while). One user added, but didn't say anything else. I can infer that he was going to offer 13 keys because he recently posted another listing wanting to buy an unusual (pretty much anything) for said 13 key price.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9832005 - This is the exact same hat as the one in the last trade. This time, it appears to have sold for a Pink Bill's and a Tuxxy, which are worth a combined 10.5 keys. Yes, I know that's outside my current range and might count as counter-proof, but for whatever reason, the buyer valued both of those items at a combined 12 keys. Exactly why he did so, I have no idea (maybe there were some sweets involved in the offer that I didn't know about), but I guess it might count if it's an implied offer.
