Ye, I upvoted it. But it got many downvotes, I think that's why he closed it. Which if it was a very bad move on his part.

I closed the suggestion because 2ref for the high end of the range was not reflecting the market. 0.66ref is certainly out of the range.
Not to put any blame on @sph@lt: Dirty Hat King, but as he resells dirty hat for trading, I had to ensure that the suggestion was not artificial for profit.
More successful trades for 2ref would definitely pin down the suggestion, if not a better range should be suggested instead.

Guy's selling it painted brown for 1.66. Upper price is more like 1.33 ref.
you are correct that it does need to come up a bit, but I think you're a little high on the top end. The 2 refined was a b/o
