Out of the 4 currently on the market:
Not seeing any being offered on anywhere near current high range
One Seller with a B/O of 23 Keys
Same seller appears to have bought it for 17 from which the person he bought it from claims to have bought it for 18.
A lot of the offers are leaning more towards what Sweetmask had appear to bought his for which I believe justifies 17 on the low end of the range.
Some help and advice for this and future suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I'm on it. Though, seeing as there are only 4 currently on the market, I'll try some buying trades.
alright, tell me if you can find any more proof of the 17 key side, and also, link 2 got an offer of 19 keys, 17 keys seems a bit low
