Judging from the 2nd and 3rd outpost link I think your range might be a bit low. 2nd has an offer of 15 Keys + 2.66 Ref just 3 days ago (retracted maybe), 3rd has an offer of 14, I think 12-14 or even 13-15 might be more fitting.
