Your first link is quite new, I wouldn't lower a price from weak offers in only 4 days.

4 days is old, only 2 on the market +there was no mention of overpay

In the unusual market 4 days is nothing.

Those were the only pieces of evidence I could find though :/

The smoking pencil pusher offer was retracted as well. Steaming SnS is about 17 or 18 keys after overpay. Given the poor offers and previous sale, I don't think the low price needs an increase. There just isn't much interest in this hat at all...
