Price suggestions don't work in this way unfortunately. In order to have a suggestion accepted, you must provide proof. Proof can be found in 3 ways: Through major trading websites like TF2Outpost or bazaar.tf, through screenshots and pictures of trades that are at your range, or with buyers failing to buy at the current price range.

It's a half and half argument. If they did work this way, then keys would most likely go down. Then again, everything would go up to 2935908325028423948 Buds and we'd be screwed.
