Many are unsold for the 2.5 keys, and there are tons of unsold for ridiculous prices on outpost. Aside from that, I do have some people lowering their prices and one purchase of 2 keys 1 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9969239 : Sold for 2 keys 1 ref, not in their backpack anymore
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10009713 : Painted Genuine selling for 2 keys 2.44; The paint is about 1.11, so that makes his offer 2 keys 1.33
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9937353 Selling a Team Spirit Cockfighter for about 3 keys 1 ref, which makes his offer without the paint around 2 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9995114 Another person selling for 2 keys 1 ref, still unsold, but it's not 2.5 keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10013929 Pink as Hell Cockfighter for 3 keys 1 rec, if you take away the paint's price it's 2 keys 1 rec
I will try to find more low offers, but as I said many people are highballing
you should find some sold for 2 keys flat.
http://oi49.tinypic.com/sczvc6.jpg I bought one for 9 ref.
the fact they are 'highballing'
is because they aren't highballing
this hat receives bad reputation. infact, it looks really nice
anyway, downvote until you find people selling for 2 keys
I put 2-2.5 keys, not 2 keys, as people are rarely buying it for that low. Except for maybe Pyrocide
yeah, but that basically means the 2 key range is too low currently
If these sell for 2.25 keys, the why the 2 keys low end?
But there ARE sellers at 2 keys:

http://tf2tp.com/trade.php?trade=9343828
And several more at 2.25:

You like large price ranges, don't you?
lol. No; like I told you before. In my opinion ranges provide valuable information. If 90% of the time, an item is trading at a single value, it should NOT have a price range. Even 70%. Like Bill's hat or the current price on sappers or huntsman. Majority of them are trading very reliably at a single price. But if 50% of the time an item is trading at 2 and 50% at 2.5, it should have a range. Having a range adds information. It tells people there is some variability to the price. And there is variability in the price of the cockfighter at this moment - it should have a range. Putting 2.25 flat or 2.25-2.5 would simply be inaccurate. And I am FOR accurate pricing.
How is a .5 Key price range large?
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9937860 Sold his Lime Painted Cockfighter, worth about 3 keys, for a BP Expander worth 2.5 keys to 2.75 keys. So if you take away the paint he sold it for possibly less than 2 keys
Should have fit this in the last post sorry
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10016006 Selling Genuine Cockfighter for 2 keys 1 rec
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10034047 Selling a Cockfighter painted A Distinctive Lack of Hue for 4 keys, The Paint is worth about 2.5 keys so he is kind of selling the hat for 2 keys
The paint is worth 2.5 keys but once used it drops down to 2 keys value and is still not always easy to sell it for the bonus 2 key for the paint, meaning it is still 2.5
But 4-2 is 2. If it were still 2.5, he'd be selling for 1.5 Keys.

2 keys + 1 ref
You should reopen this with a 2.2-2.5 key range, seeing as there are so many 2 key 1 ref sellers.
Also, try not to use paint sales in your proof, it's just too inaccurate.
Tried to sell one at 2.5 but sold for 2.
link 1 a few adds for 2 keys + 1 ref, more proof of 2 keys as the lower range?
