The price set is 9 months old so i'm trying to update it. Its not a huge change, but it does look like the desire for Grimm Hattes are going up.

Need to account for unusual overpay, take the low end of the unusual range, also if anything the current range is fine, or needs to be dropped a little depending on how the 1.55 offer turns out.

Highest offers are 1.55 (without overpay) so you set the high as 1.7?

I put it so the average would change to 1.55, which is what people are paying
