Rejected a stormy bonk boy (3.5-4). Rejected burning mirror (3.3-4.1) Considered a smoking cannonball (2.7-3) + 1 bud. Best-case overpay scenario that's 3.7, but I can't really verify the offer.

Not really any buyouts to go off of, and the previous owners of these hats owned them so briefly I can't really find what they sold for. At any rate, this is way more accurate than current range.
