I doubt the buyer would buy it for 13 and then set a buyout as 13: [url]http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9896079[/url]. But there is that 10 pure offer (Not too far off from the current range, however.)

If you look at the history it didn't sell for the person who offered 13 as it was retracted. It was sold for a person who offered 10.5 but got later pushed to 11. 13 shouldn't be in the range, but 11 should. Maybe re-suggest with a high-end of 11
