this hat has over 30 copy's and no demand only 2 sellers on outpost

well, same seller who got the ts bills offer also got an offer of 12 pure. and he hasn't taken it yet. as for the other, he seems like an outlier: he doesn't appear to want to sell for any less than 16. it may be a spy unusual with a low tier effect, but it seems to me like there would be enough people willing to pay 12 keys to necessitate the current range.

awful proof, your first link is already sold for 16 and the guy who bought it ALSO sold it already for about 20..if anything, this needs a raise..close this up
