Yes, I do own one. I am not here to raise the value of my own inventory however. I was browsing through outpost and i realized that literally almost no one was selling for below 5 keys. Here i have copy pasted close to all the links on OP of people selling Strange Screens excluding the inactive ones and the ones in a set.

So there's 3 people selling in the current price range and that somehow just entirely overrules the fact that 6 people on OP have sold theirs at 5 Keys and that almost no one else is selling for under 5?

No, but it shows that 4 keys is possible, and which is why its in the range

Yes because it shows people are willing to go lower in order to sell their item.

There are still multiple people selling within lower range.
