Sorry, did I say anything about selling? He hasn't sold for months, and so the only thing we can use to judge the price is his offers.
So if a Burning KE gets offered 50 Pure, it must be worth 50?
If a hat sits there for months and the average of the realistic offers is x buds, yes, it is that price in most occasions.

If it hasnt sold for any of those offers and seeing as it got those offers at one time or another but owner didnt take them there is no reason to lower the price.
