And most offers like S. Huntsmans + sweets, are very price outdated. For example, a trader offered S. Huntsman 1 month ago. S. Huntsman was worth quite more 1 month ago than it is worth now.

I'm kind of iffy on this one. Your suggestion is definitely better than the other, but there are so few offers within the past month, and you acknowledge the two month old offers are outdated.

Additionally, the hat is duped. Whether or not people realize it, who knows. At least one person knew.

The price seriously needs an update, as all unusuals can be sold for at least 12 keys. The highest pure offer within the past month appears to be 15 keys. You need to take unusual overpay into consideration with the Bubbling Carousers Capotain (14-16) so 15 x .90 = 13.5, maybe a little higher if the paint is taken into consideration. Usually paint does not matter for unusuals, but on lower value hats? Maybe.

Your high range appears to be too high when considering only past ~1 month offers and taking unusual overpay.

There are two popular ways of calculating overpay. 1. Take the average value of a range, if 14-16 use 15, if 1 bud to 1.4 buds use 1.2. Then multiply by 90%, or .90. 2. Take the lowest value in the range, and multiply by 90%/.90.

You can tell a hat is duped by clicking on the picture in Outpost. If the newest owner listed on the item is not the trade owner and apparent owner of the hat, you need to check their backpack. If the item still exists in their backpack, then it is duped. You can also use the website http://www.tf2items.com/ to look into the history of items.
