Maybe 17 flat is good for now because I don't see them going unsold for long periods of time, but it's entirely possible that they're being sold lower via private add. However, there's no proof of that. I don't see 16 in this anywhere though. Check some buyer trades and see how many adds they get at what prices.

Based on my proof, I would almost even say 15.5 should be included, but I don't think we are just there yet.
