My laziest suggestion ever (there just aren't enough in existence to consider any more evidence):
One is about to sell for 26. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9834269 I had a particular interest here but eventually decided not to pay 30 for it so 26 is its highest offer. This trade also shows a few competing offers within my suggested range. This (26) has been the standing offer for a week now and the seller has been advertising (for example, on SourceOP too). Also, the seller's a TF2TP administrator so I'm trusting him to be selling it for its highest current offer (i.e. it's not just going to be bought cheaply for this price and tomorrow be sold for 30+).
Why 23 as a lower value? http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/7699307 I stole that evidence from the last suggestion. Basically it's the only other (without being older) trade that I could find.
Please feel free to submit any evidence of other trades (involving a Sunbeams Noh Mercy) between the times of the above trades if you know of any. If the hat suddenly gets a legitimate (as in actually sells for), higher offer just before the seller trades it today then I will, of course, close this suggestion.
Edit: I submitted this (exactly as this one) a minute ago. I checked it thoroughly first for mistakes. I had the range as 23-26 like here but it dropped the high value (http://backpack.tf/vote/id/516a362bba2536680700001b). Has anyone else had this happen? I hope it was just my computer being silly.
I would have waited until he sold it.^^
Yeah, this seems about right. There's also an offer of a Houwar + 14, so that supports your range.
The range was dropped because backpack.tf is silly.
Can someone explain this things item history to me? He says he is the second owner, the Outpost history shows him as the first, bp.tf shows him as like the 20th http://backpack.tf/item/357446832
My mind is so full of fuck right now. I am mainly curious because I want to see how much he paid for it. Not really convinced he didn't shark it.
Past owners can be deleted from Outposts history, but I have no idea how.
That's the thing though. I can't even find it in the people's backpack that were listed in the bp.tf item history. He may be able to remove it because he is an admin.
To be honest though, I have no idea about any of this.

April 4, here page 3.
We both found it in his at the same time. What a coincidence haha. I'm going to see if I can find it in anyone else's.
Jeez... Looking at that guy's backpack... How much do you think it was bought for? Few hats? A weapon?
Could be cash though. Don't wanna assume anything.
My thoughts exactly. Even if he did buy it for cash, it could have been like $50, I knew if I knew nothing about trading and someone offered me $50 for a hat on a game that was free I would take it in a heart beat.
I assume cash. As an admin, with pretty decent rep, who would screw that up for ~$1000? I'm sure over time you can make a lot more than that.
:( I wish I could...
I mean hey, I've made ~$200 over the last month, so it's definitely possible.
Trade post admin, not outpost. He is so a know broker. IF it was shaker, I'm sure the guy he was brokering sharked it (not saying he did)
So you're saying it was most likely sharked, but not by the guy selling it right now?
Also, do you know anything about the history on Outpost and why he would show up as the only owner?
If the bag is updated on outpost, it will be in the history. What they don't know they can't show
Well that makes sense. Thanks Bucket.
One reason can be that the previous owner is not in the Outpost database. If a user has not created a trade or commented on anything a search for the user comes up empty.
Not really, it's wether or not they have an account on outpost at all. They will only show up on the history if their bag was found to have it at a certain point.
Oh yeah, that makes more sense. Here I was trying to figure out how the heck you have an "account" on outpost, but I assume that means signing in through steam-which gives them your id and backpack info?
I think bp.tf histories are messed. My friend crafted the #2 Heavy's Hocjey Hair himself, and it says he's the second owner. It even says "Crafted by Triangullum" but the original ID belongs to someone else
Well I actually just found it in [ABT] auspiciousUracil's backpack. I feel like the admin may be lying about being the second owner. I would ask him about the history and how he isn't the second owner and why only he shows up, but knowing Outpost admins I would probably just get banned because he would be thinking I was attacking him when I genuinely just want to know.
He is the second owner? http://www.tf2items.com/item/357534714
And I'm pretty sure he is brokering it.
I see that now Woifi, I was going off the bp.tf history and Outpost history for it. None of the three sites have the same item history.
I am fairly sure he is the second owner now. But now I am just curious to find out what he paid for it.
Bp.tf history --> many valvee employees are on high value hats for some reason.
Outpost history --> catches the owner only if his backpack was scanned there (+ he must have a outpost profile)
Redline posted on his trade already about that.
I trust the tf2items history anyway. I could only find it ABT's backpack from the bp.tf history.
I'm not arguing with you Woifi, but earlier I was confused. Now I got it. He bought it from ABT for $, now he is selling it. He is the second owner.
I just want to know how much he paid :(
