12 keys is minimum price for clean unusuals, 14 key b/o and offers.

I bought a steaming hard counter yesterday for 11 keys and I believe if I offered 10. I would have got it. I believe the Hard Counter steaming to be better then this so 11-13 is fine.

Either it was a super duper quicksell, or the guy was retarded. Even then, you're saying the 14 key offer means nothing.
