Conclusion: At least 4 DIFFERENT offers of 3 pure in the last month. One seller just wants 3.1, but he hasn't been able to get that in 1 month of selling. One sold for 2.9 in mixed, so setting that as a low end (2.8) cause all of you will whine if I don't have a range. Most decent offers are in the 2.8-3 range when accounting for overpay. The sell at 2.5 was a genuine quicksell on a quickbuying trade.
