Range is awkward and it is common for people to put up their own buying trades paying 2.33 refined. 2.33 refined should be included in the range.

It was taking too long to find people selling for backpack.tf price on outpost, so I just decided to check through the buyers.

still you never know. i agree it should be bumped but its true price may be greater than 2.33 if people are buying at 2.33

These are one time buyers and the comments indicate that plenty would be willing to sell for that amount still it is obvious that there is still interest from more than one person to buy for higher which means that this range is just more encompassing of all sales.

Also I really hate these dumb ranges that don't use rec intervals for hats/miscs.
