This old price needs to be changed by a little, as people are paying more for it now, than 3 months ago.

High should be 22 if that was offered.

I put the high as 21 because chances are, no one else would offer that much, it seemed a little extreme.

Yeah, deviation says 21 should be the highest with the other offers, but 22 should be fine as not all offers have to strictly adhere to a deviation, and it's only a 1-key difference on a low-tier hat.
