First link got offered some good overpay unusuals (some demanding sweets) like circling logo tyrant's helm and nuts beak, all get rejected.

Also got offered an Orb. Fire Merry recently.

Current price seems a bit low even with unusual overpay included.

No proof of offers reaching your 1.8 high range. The Circling TF Logo Tyrant's is ~ 1.7 with overpay, and the offerer wanted 7 keys + the Stuntsman.

The other offers reach ~1.6.

Buyout and sale at 1 bud 5 keys. Took 2 days to sell.

The guy who offered his orb. fire merry (1.7 buds) was even willing to add sweets. Others are not actively selling (month+ trades) which impacts the possible offers they might get.
