Turned down offer of blizzardy Engineers Cap 22-28 keys
Accepted offer of smoking Bubble Pipe, but offer was retracted, 1.8-2.2 buds
Note he didn't specify unusual offers needed to be overpay, and that the pipe Was probably an out-lier, as it was retracted
With unusual overpay, the Jeepcap and Engineer Cap are ~ 22.5. The Bubble Pipe seems like a huge outlier. Seems 28 is too high to me.
When using item offers as proof, you ALWAYS need to consider overpay, whether or not the seller himself wanted it or not. As the prices here are based on pure, item offers are valued at 90% of the median value.
hmm, so should i resubmit at a smaller high end, or just scrap it altogether?
If we assume the smoking pipe was a huge outlier, than the highest offer is about 22.5 keys, so maybe a 23 keys high range, and you'd need to do a little research, and see what would be a good low range.
research how? i dont see any low offers that could fill in the blank for the low end, as there is only one trade on op. btw, im new to this; this is my first unusual suggestion. thanks for the help :P
Or you can just not mess with the low range at all i guess, and just keep it at 20 keys

I'd say it's kind of hard to determine a price based on the offers there - it's rare and looks good, but he's just been getting lowballs as he's (in my opinion) somewhat overpricing it.
If he's been getting lowball offers for a whole month, maybe those are actually not lowballs.
Well, I myself would pay more than that - and other old-effect Waxies have been getting fairer offers. Also, he's only gotten around 4 offers.
the demand might just be extremely low :/
