I think he is becoming upset because his business was based on buying uncraftable weapons for cheap, then selling them for a weapon or a scrap. If everyone sees the price as a weapon or a scrap, they will sell them for that much, and he loses an opportunity for profit.

yeah agreed he pays these super low prices like 2 pages on uncraft weapons for a refined. then he sells them for a scrap easily.

uncraft weapons are mininium 0.05.
