Suggestion: Strange Widowmaker at 1.75–2 keys

I know some of the buyer trades are quickbuyers, but that just shows how desperate people are.There are still some buyers for 1.5 or a little bit lower.

Also, some sales still happen at 2 and above sometimes. Feel free to comment :D

How is the widow makers price now lower than before the crate 40 was removed....

I don't know. I have 2 #40 aswell, and I hope they'll rise in the next weeks.

Probably because anyone that really wanted one bought it prior to the crate being retired and people are desperate to get rid of it since crate 40 stranges didn't skyrocket in value and stay up there.

there was a huge hype and the 40's went up. But now the hype is going down, alot. Upvote over here

in my opinion the people are willing to lower the price to buy a lot to store and expect prices to rise in the future.

thats how it works in the tf2 economy dude. I mean look at prices. I joined tf2 when keys were 3.33-3.66. I became premium when they were 3.66-3.88. Stocked up as much as i could, some lucky uncrates here and there, some lucky finds on pubs(ppl were quitting tf2 and giving free stuff), some raffles, and I stocked up on keys as much as possible. I'm not gnna do the same with the widow cuz it will take a really long time for it to go up

Like I said in my previous comment, its probably worth less than before because anyone that actually wanted one got it while it was worth 2-3 keys when the crate was still dropping. Now the people that bought a ton of these are trying to sell them off and are desperate enough to sell for less.

first buyer bought for 1, resold for 2 ( to user "fastn.....")

second also got none

the "bought 6, still need 10 guy", just got 2 in BP (wow that BP)

the "bought some at 1.5" is 3weeks old, price changed for sure several times....blah

in short: a bunch of quickbuyers/resellers and i dont believe those "bought x" comments on trades.

I just don't get it like if the amount of an item is not going to go up then why would it go down? It would probably stay the same for a long time then become unstable it's all part of supply and demand just look at crate 30 for instance
