Because it went up sharply when it first was retired out of increased demand, and now is settling.

Supply isn't the only factor that influences price, demand is a big part of it. The B.M.O.C. for example fell quite a ways near the start of the year. Though i do agree that it seems kinda weird that stuff like this is falling in price, cause they are nice hats.

...No, vintage versions did not retire. Vintage versions retired 2 years ago. Clean and dirty versions just retired.

For now there is no proof for low end of 2 keys: it could be 2.75 keys, 2.5keys,2.25 keys.....

If you compare my suggestions to yours, you'll see a difference in amount of proof and effort put into making them. Also, please don't mention the steam market over and over again, it's getting tiresome to keep up with your grammar and confusing language. Once again, I won't argue with you anymore... the best way to change is to start now and rethink what you've done. Everyone has an opportunity, but if they decline it, then it's rare they'll get one again.

On the raffles you posted, apparently only your friends could enter, and even there, you put a refined or craft hat entry fee for hats that were worth 1.33. The pan raffle has 5+ people that have not been marked for delivery. Valve most likely does not want people that intend to make large profits off the steam market and price manipulation, because then people would stop buying from the Mann Co. Store. The point is, like you said, "i am raffling for my friends noone else". I don't raffle for only my friends. I'm not going to argue any more, I believe I have proved my point.

i get 10 ref for 10 keys worth of items + the 10 ref where donated to my home group as you can see i am actively donating to every site i can and my home group as well.i have gifted 2 unusuall in the last 4 weeks to the best players of my group.for me is just another game.

economic game... and i love that.

and if you notice my bp i dont even own a single bud mate.i am a pure trader and i dont like what is currency for most ppl i rarely buy buds and i sell them as soon as possible.

well vintages shouldnt have been rised from the first place but sinc its so hard to find an unpainted ordinary level vintage i think 2.5 key or 2 keys are way to low

1 trade at 2 keys isn't enough to justify the low end. The other buyer is buying for 2 keys + 1 ref and only had 2 interested buyers in over a month. Not exactly solid proof of 2 key transactions being a norm for this item.

Unsuccessful at 3 keys doesn't mean the low end should automatically be 2 keys. You need to show proof of people selling these at 2 keys.

I have one, and i have had numerous offers at 3 keys. Why cant prices on here stay stable until something major happens, not just until someone cant find someone to trade with? patience is key...

i hate it when people get really angry or insult you, or piss you off and then say

"Have A nice day" at the end,

they've already pissed me off and basically ruined some of my day, and just because you say "have a nice day" at the end doesn't make a difference.

i especially hate it when it's on trade posts, because its obviously not sincere, only to make the trader give more to the "nice person".
