Hey, I'm just tightening the range on this. 3 Month old suggestion.

( More offers on here but OP has not replied to anything in awhile.)

B/O- 15 Keys
-Denied offer of 10 keys.
-Denied offer of White Bills + 3 Keys (12-13 Keys)
-C/O of 12 Keys

B/O-15 Keys
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10091382 (1 Day old)
- Nothing interesting.
Conclusion:
It seems not possible to get these for 10 Keys, so I'm suggesting to push the bottom range up to 11.
(Side Note)-
I would try to find actual completed trades but 3 out of 4 of the currently on outpost (None on classifieds or bazaar) have very short histories oddly. I'm only pushing the lower end up because that's all I can find proof for. Also, first suggestion >_>.
looks good
If one has a c/o of 12 keys, shouldn't the range be 12-13?
Actually there are 3 sales that have been offered 12 keys. No proof of sales for 11 keys. It seems 12 would be a more accurate low value.

Better range, no unusual is going to sell for 10 keys.
Sorry to burst your bubble here, bro, but I thought it was common knowlege that any unusual can go for 12 keys, so long as it is not gifted?
Anyways, still pretty good proof. Gave you an upvote that may be skewed from my perspective.
No need to be sassy.
