So I'm seeing 6-6.66 ref as a good price, except that 1 key + 1 ref seller, which we will call an outlier just like the 2 key seller getting adds.

Both offers are from the same person. You will need much more than one person willing to buy over the current price to change it this much.

I agree, this isn't enough for a 2 ref price change.
