Well the rule says something about submitting a suggestion while there is already another open suggestion for the same item,so you can't do that unless the other suggestion is wrong and the price you gave is different by 5% than the other suggestion price.At least this is what I understand,unless some admin would like to explain..

We can waive the minimum change if there's enough evidence to support such a small change.

It's difficult to deny that these aren't 2.66 flat or possibly even less.
