Too low IMO. I'd easily pay 16-17 keys for one of these, even though I don't even need one.

I have no vested interesting in the price of this anymore, but I think this suggestion is totally inaccurate. First there is zero evidence provided, the person claims that the price is old therefore should go down? Do some research please before making suggestions.

Now here is why I disagree:

I recently sold mine for a Smoking Brain Bucket + 5 keys in sweets: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10029715

I then sold the brain bucket for 21 keys: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10095296

Converted most of the sweets into over 4+ keys with 2 items left Fast Learner (Purple) Front Runner (Purple)

So effectively I made 24-25+ keys in profit from this hat, if not more.

No one will sell you this for under 18, in fact the price should probably go up by a key since people are getting offers in the 19-20 keys range in other unusuals.

Please do research before making suggestions.
