Interesting.. There is one listed for 10 pure in classifieds.

And this one just confuses me - http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9656610 - since he declined a HOUWAR and had a 12 buds offer before - same guy who offered in my first comment - but took 9.33 pure within a few days of those offers

That 12 bud offer was from the former owner. The houwar was tentative so it didn't go through I guess.
