Conclusions:

11.1 in unusuals trade is an anomaly and more indicative of burning stash's value. Highest documented, non-retracted, non-tentative offer on this in the last 2 months was 15.25 in unusuals (14 pure) that garnered a sale. Second highest offer was 14 in unusuals (12.5 pure) made several times, all rejected. Setting that as the low end so that we have a backstop even though these were unsuccessful bids.

P.S. For those wondering, I prefer not to do a full 10% unusual overpay on high value hats because it's hard to find buyers for that much in pure. In this range, I usually work with something like 7-8%. It's all arbitrary, really...
