I took the price that was listed here, I understand what you are saying.
low end only counts. those offers are all in the range except for that last fake offer
actually the last offer wasnt fake. i offered my tossle and he basically laughed at me asking him to add a bud and the salvages. so his loss
adding over 4 buds for a 2.6-3 bud hat isnt exactly a deal.
reported your trades for relisting, just so you know
Trades like that are normally allowed, huge amounts of traders on OP list their unusuals individually and then as a group.
I had 2 of my trades closed and got banned for 8 hours for that reason, when I added a mod he said I should find a way to compress my trades.

Unusual overpay means you take off 10% of the suggested price here. So, if someone offers an usual worth ~2 buds, then it counts as 1.8 buds. If there is an offer of 1 bud pure + an unusual worth ~1 bud, then the offer counts as 1.9 buds.

All of those offers are within current range, remember to regard unusuals as 90% of thier listed value when used as offers. (on average)
Wait until you get a high pure offer (~1.5) or sell it for 1.5+ before upping the price.
