3 months old price. PROOF:

highest offers are 13-14 keys (like ts bills + 5 keys, 14 pure etc.) these offers are 3-4 months old

C/Os: black bills + 2 keys (means 12 keys), 11 pure.

only one offer which is a s.pda (11-12 keys but falling in price)

one of the lowest buyouts on outpost (16 keys) but he didn't get any offers

another 16 keys b/o. highest offer is 15 keys which is the higher end of my price, too
