I'm going to call this out for what it is. This is a cartel action being committed by a trader who has admitted that his only purpose on backpack.tf is to lower prices on everything while raising keys to a maximum. Seriously, items don't magically lose 3 keys in value over a three-day period.

Bloody ridiculous, people need to stop going off outpost prices because people on outpost are selling below prices because they think the prices will drop even more... the more bp.tf drops, the more outpost drops
