The jumper's jeepcap is a very nice hat and is very apreciated by the tf2 players and the bubbling effect is a cheap and nice effect. But when i see a bubbling spartan or a bubbling shako in sell for ~ 1 bud and the bubbling jeepcap in sell for only 18-21 keys, i find that we should increase his price.
I haven't an exemple on outpost but if you checked the price of the shako and the spartan, then you know that i'm right.
I don't suggest this price because i have one, but only because the current range is lower than the price of the bubbling spartan or the bubbling shako.

You need some proof to back up your claim.
the shako and spartan are more liked as soldier hats in this case, that is not proof
You just want some extra keys.
