Remaking this suggestion; yes, I have TWO of these. PLEASE, admins, fellow people of outpost, I'm not doing this update for profit, I merely am updating the price for accuracy of these hats which I collect. Please READ the proof, then vote.

Grenade (5 keys) and a white bills and 2 keys in sweets, adding up to about 21 keys (sold him a flies festivizer instead, since I was looking for a lil more than 21 keys). I also have been offered a Bubbles AA, but I rejected it (23 keys ish) [painful resell].
PLEASE, read this before you vote: Right now, the low end for this hat is 12 keys. 12 keys indicates the lower end of being able to BUY a hat. I PROMISE you all that you cannot buy this hat for 12 keys. People think fetti is cancer, and while this suggestion may get closed to people that think this, I have gotten 21 key+ offers. That is a fact.

Fetti is not cancer by any means. I <3 Fetti, and a growing number of people are joining the Fetti is gud party. It's not an 'in-vogue' effect like Burning due to visibility, but it's not cancer. That said, I'd say the range looks good. Upvote on my part. It'd be good if you can screencap the private add if at all possible, but the offer of the AA seems to be support enough.
My first unusual will probably be either confetti but anyway: if neither of the confettis are cancer, what is?

Nuts and bolts. If you look at Team Captains, or ANY high tier hat, you can see fetti is MUCH more than nuts. With a Fetti TC, you can get about 6 to 8 buds from it. From a nuts, getting 3.5 buds would be impossible nearly. Also, smoking/steaming/planets are worse in my eyes, as they are new effects that are 10 times more common than old effects (fetti/flies/peace/logo/etc.). With more supply comes lower price. And the rarity of these fetti hats are very high.
I think that's kinda stupid. Nuts and Bolts is a nice looking effect. But yep, it's true.
I think NnB is ugly as fuq, not to mention it's a new effect, meaning that there will be loads of the same hat with NnB, while new hats may only have 1 or two fettis :P But it is a good effect, NnB, for competetive spy :3

Yeah, true. I personally dislike NB, flies and bubbling the most. Planets, steaming, smoking and blizzardy storm aren't that great either.
My dream unusual would be a soldier hat with scorching flames. Kinda sucks that some engi hats (paintable, too) like Buckaroos are so cheap even with great effects like scorching. I like that hat, too. I wish soldier hats were just as cheap.

um i got my fetti TC for 5 buds and people have B/O of 5.5-6^
But i agree in general that fetti is far better then freaking nuts
Huh, guess I was thinking of flies TC. I know those are pretty high. But yeah, due to few flies/fetti TC's they're quite a bit more.

Nah man, flies are the bomb in my opinion. Nice, full body effect. Cheap, yet nice looking, and rare.

That's true, but if you get a flies misc + a flies hat (or even two flies misc) it looks like a huge black swarm, it's pretty cool.

If you really want to be a pain in the butt, I can add him, have him say he offered that for the festivizer, screencap it, and upload it here. ALSO, look at http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9837148#/35138161 shalfey. He offered the AA, which is far more than 23 keys. So yeah.

Didn't you just get banned for doing just this? Upgrading high ends of your own hats with little/fishy proof? As you're doing now on peace Mongolian and this one?
Please explain to me how this is little or fishy proof. YOU had 3 links. I have solid proof of offers higher than the current range.
Iiii never did this hat I think, so I had zero links. Also 21 in items doesn't justify 20 to me, and YOU stated the unusual was "a pain to sell", meaning it will probably be sold for lower, like #'s they constantly get offered on things below their value as they are terrible sells.
That's still 21 keys, in nice items no less.
The AA is a solid, legitimate offer. So is the other offer of 21 keys in items.
