But, after speaking with the person, he did get only this out of the trade, and sold the Hazmat for 5 buds.

Clearly has a lot of potential around 6 buds. Seems to be higher than Burning on the tier list. Past 5 month offers are clearly overshadowed by recent offers all rejected by current owner. The 2 sales of around 6 buds solidifies the low range, since they are fairly recent (for Halloween unusual standards).

LOW END: 6 buds because of 2 recent sales culminating around there.

HIGH END: 6.8 because of the 13th Hour Tricorne offer, which doesn't seem to be that much of an outlier.
