To be honest, I bought it for 12 keys plus an upgrade to premium (14.5 keys). http://imgur.com/qKu6tKl So no, this hat hasn't sold for less than 14.5 keys recently. Bumping up the low end and raising the high end, I would never take 16 keys for it.
