      The Steam Market is NOT solid. It's highly inaccurate.


      No one ignored your proof on your last suggestion, it was just BAD.

      Linking to a failed suggestion will not get a new one passed, especially when you act like that.

        Funny enough, I took the time to write down the lowest selling price of each crate series on steam market a month or two ago to try to get into buying and selling crates at accurate prices. My spreadsheet reads: Crate #33: 71 cents. That's higher than it is now. Terrible proof.

            Except that the price in refined was equal or slightly lower than it was back then. It wasn't .66 then, just .22-.33, which shows that there's just not a lot of correlation between refined price and Steam Wallet funds.

                So you're trying to say that a month ago, crate #33 was actually worth more than a reclaimed and nobody knew? Nobody was trading them successfully at that price and nobody is doing that now (two reclaimed - one refined, that is). This site represents the average price in TF2 currencies, not Steam Market funds. This is why you're getting so much resistance to your suggestions.

          idk whats wrong with all of you saying that the steam market is not real proof. I think people would be MORE savvy with real money vs ingame items and people selling things off this site have no business even being mentioned as proof because they base the price off whatever the priceguide tells them, which would yet to be updated :P +Upvote
