i think that this price will be more suitable - price in steam marketplace is high, so price here should be high too

steam market prices don't matter here.

anyway, it's rather rare cap, so i think higher price will be more suitable, it's just my own opinion

There are 42704 genuine nanobalaclavas in the game itself, its not rare. In fact, the unique ones are half the number of their genuine counterpart. So if anything, the unique ones are rarer than the genuines.
