I think this needs another price drop unfortunately.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10081920 - B/O not set but says he paid near 4 buds for it (Assume that's a lot less than 4 buds)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/10013316 - Selling at 3-4 buds (we will take 3 buds as the B/O because you don't put that there unless you're willing to take it)

Best C/O's on all of those (in no particular order):
3 buds
Planets company man + 1 bud
Steaming cold killer + 1-2 keys
And some others which aren't significant.
Setting the low value at 3 buds (the C/O of 3 buds and the buyout of 3-4 which I am taking as 3 justify this value)
Taking the other C/O's into consideration and the buyouts set, I was unsure on what higher value to set. The 3rd link claims he paid near 4 buds (and the previous owner's buyout was 4 buds) but this is just stated by him and I can find no proof of what he paid so I have disregarded that. The next lowest buyout is 3.5 buds but then there's also the sale that was at 3 buds and 10 keys. I have therefore set the higher value to 3.5 buds.

Was able to quicksell mine at 3 buds 10 keys (that's the link you provided) so by that logic I wouldn't put 3 buds as the low end... There were two others that quicksold for 3 buds 8 keys recently, too ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9469479 and http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/9849750 ) so 3 buds as low end is a bit too low, imo.
On the other hand, demand for this hat is so low (I barely got any offers when I previously tried to sell it) that it doesn't get any real offers. The ones that recently sold got quicksold 10 keys above the best pure offer, lol. It's a mess.
I had already referenced those two 3 bud 8 keys quicksells in my previous suggestion, and I felt that the price of this is moving down so fast I felt they were actually outdated. I feel the higher value I put reflects your sale as well as those 2 quicksells, but there is no evidence that there are any other offers near what you got for yours. Therefore I felt that putting a range with 3 buds as the low end was right because offers are in that range at the moment and as of this point in time.
Of course if anything changes (such as a higher C/O or a sale higher than the lower end I've suggested) I will re-suggest.
For now though, I feel this reflects the general 'mood' towards the hat.
