What about the one with the B/O of 2 buds, untouched for 2 weeks?
I never said the high end should be 2.
BUT, there are no accepted offers below 1.6, and 1.4 was rejected, so 1.3-1.6 is already wrong.
Plus, 2 weeks isn't that long for an unusual....

Not really. Considering there are 2 types of buyers. Those who try and profit (aka quickbuyers), and those who buy it because they want it....
So what are the odds of finding someone who wants a specific hat with a specific effect at a specific time?
2 weeks, for a popular low-tier collectable effect on a high-tier, wanted hat on a mid-high tier class - and 1 offer? Nah.
