-I have been offered a scorching grenadiers softcap worth 6 something if i add some stuff -rejected
I hav been offered a stormy 13th hour hard counter worth 6 something and I add strange machina -rejected
the price should go up based on the offers between 5.5-6.5 buds
plus I'm the only one on the market

The person who offered you the Snaggle doesn't even have one in his BP...
In addition, http://steamrep.com/search?q=76561198039369516 he has several friends who are marked or are VAC banned. That would raise several red flags for me right there.
Lastly, if you look at his BP history, http://backpack.tf/id/76561198039369516, there's large fluctuations as well as exponential increases early on. Between April 2nd and 3rd, he lost a vast amount of value; all of these 3 things are making me think it's not a legitimate offer.
He got the offer (scorching snaggle) on his stormy hard counter.
-Scorching Snaggle is worth ~5.4 buds and 5.1 with unusual overpay (low end)
-Some stuff? Miu asked for a s.gunslinger what is worth ~1.5 buds so that's 4.7 buds and ~4.1 buds with overpay.
-stormy hard counter is 6 buds so that offer is like ~5.2 buds or 4.8 with overpay. Your suggested range is too high, but this hat needs a bump up. So something like 4-5 buds would be a better new range.

Lol since when are b/os the value of a hat? If I put a B/o of 40 buds on my cancer hat it doesn't mean it is worth 40 buds.^^

And another one on the market has a b/o of 6 buds. So even if we value it at 7 buds, that's still not more than 5.5.

well i added him to discuss about it and he said he would sell the unusual he currently has for pure and if he does not get enough he will find a way to get enough pure
im not necesarilly taking 5.5 its just the offer that i like most
6.1 does not seem possible from the offers you got, it does need a bump, but this is too much, you have to factor overpay in as well..I agree with woifi, it should be 4-5

unusual overpay, woifi did the maths perfectly for you..and "collecting" offers tend to fall short 95% of the time, because by the time the person collected the buds they realize they suddenly want another hat..also don't lie about values, the "sotrmy thirteth hour unsual" (aka stormy 13th hour) is only worth 5.4-6.7, that means it's about 5-5.5 in pure value, minus .4 which u have to add, makes it 4.6-5.1
