The Second Link Has no offers altogether.
Even if the offer of G. App-Sap + TS Bills is true..that's 18-20 Keys..not 15-18. Doesn't seem you are basing your suggested price off of anything solid, you just want to up your bp

Considering these very recent past sales, the suggested price is a bit too high.
