5 months old price. Most B/O set at 6 pure. One sold for 6.7 in unusuals = 6 pure. Multiple offers of 5.4-5.6 in unusuals rejected.

Conclusions:

Most B/O at 6 pure. One sold for 6.7 in unusuals = 6 pure. Multiple rejected offers of 5.4-5.6 in unusuals, so setting low end at 5.2 for now.

Don't really see 6 as being reasonable considering that there was a willing seller at 5 (got lucky and got more), and not a single other offer above 5.6. So, that one offer was probably an outlier.

So, i'd say 5-5.4 would be better. 5.4 since its a bit higher than the highest rejected offer.

Yea, I considered that as well. But there was actually another sale that I think went for 6 pure about a month ago. Problem is that I couldn't verify it and it was sold to a collector who was willing to pay the b/o - fbi heavy guy is trying to collect every single heavy hat. Anyways, considering the uncertainty, I decided to stick with a conservative bump down since there is that documented sale at 6.7 in unusuals.
