Needs to be decreased in price a bit because there is low demand on outpost.

Reasons why it is hard to sell.

1. The effect is almost invisible as, (few planets rotate around the waist)

Many people find executioner ugly with some effects, the only ones that sell well are the Halloween effect, since it is themed.

2. Low in demand since executioner is new hat is price will fall sooner or later.

3. Right now it is too expensive. (Not much people want a hat with a barely visible effect.

I put 4-4.5buds because from the 1 st trade there is a quickseller of 4 buds, which is the cheapest on outpost. Also i put the range 4-4.5buds because Orbiting Planets Unusual Executioner should be closer toward similar tier effect executioner's like steaming and smoking.

The price of this hat will further decrease in the future due to a glitch effect' and it is ugly from most people point of view
