Lets try this again... Few unusual hats ever sell for 13 keys or lower and those are usually gifted and or extremely cancerous (even those generally sell for higher)

Yep, seems reasonable. Got mine for 12 keys, crate #40 (when it was about 7-8 keys) and a taunt.
