You seem like a nice guy trying to do a nice thing, but this isnt how the website works. You need to show proof of people offering to sell at that price, or successful trades. This site doesn't change prices, it just reports the price change.

You can keep these in a "storage account". If you open up TF2 with these items, they dissapear. However, from the storage account you can trade it to, lets say, your own account which must be inside TF2. From there, you can sort your inventory (I haven't tried that myself) and it should appear. Then apply.

huh, i didn't know that, i get the first part but as you said "If you open up TF2 with these items, they dispersar" so what exactly prevents the buyer from losing his/hers items as soon as he/she opens tf2?

Lets say, buyer is A and seller is B.

If B opens up TF2 while the spell is on his backpack, it will dissapear, as it starts up. If you don't open TF2, it will stay in your inventory. But I think you already know that.

However, if B trades his spell to A, while A is already inside TF2, you can find it either by sorting your backpack, or "respawning" in a game server (You will find it as a drop, I already tested this myself).

From there, it's like an item. You can drag it around your backpack, use it and such.

As a guarantee, I don't believe there's any. Since these shouldn't work, maybe they could get patched one day. A lot of people have used these for weeks without issues, though.

Invisibility and the ability to fly would be nice. If everyone should have nice spells can you give me those abilities?

You can't just ask an item's price to be lowered just because you want it's price to be lowered. You've gotta have some kind of reason for it to be lowered.
