I offered 5 buds for this same hat when it was listed here as 3.5 buds and the owner refused.

Seller was hard on not selling for less than 7. This isn't an unreasonable suggestion.

I really don't recommend a flat rate.

Only one on the market gives us an n=1 to go by. Unless we can find another sale, a flat rate is okay.

That trade is long in the past and is rather old, but what I am getting at is you need to see whether the only amount this item sells for is 7 buds. There are supposedly 8 copies of this unusual according to stats.tf which means that 7 other Green Fetti Noh Mercy owners might set a lower buyout or sell for a different amount and that is why most unusual prices have a range.

Sorry I'm new to price suggestions for this reason... I've bought and sold 3-4 fetti noh mercies... WIsh i had the proof from the last few....

That would be legit, because it's one of the rarerst unusuals.

Why did he receive so much hate when he makes a legit suggestion? The only tricky thing here is that it has no range. But it is a rare item with no sales for months. Second highest offer where moon nano + 2 buds (~6.4 pure) and beams capotain + hh + 1 bud (~6.4 pure) too. So I would personally suggest 6.4-7 buds but 7 flat isn't that bad either.
