The lowest buyout on the market is 2 buds and 12 keys (link 3) which means that the high value should definitely be under that, and I am suggesting a high value of 2.4 and a low value of 2 (1st link shows it was bought for 2 and there have been plenty of offers around that mark. The unusuals when taken into consideration are not worth more than 2 pure which is why I have set it as 2).
